Pet Policy – A non-refundable pet fee is required.  Aggressive dogs and some known aggressive breeds are not permitted.  No exceptions.

Smoking Policy – A monthly fee will be assessed for any tenant wishing to smoke or allowing smoking in the unit.  This fee will be assessed for the duration of the lease.
