Although we occasionally make exceptions; generally we require the following:

  • 6 months with current employer
  • No outstanding balances or judgments to any other rental agency
  • Approved credit rating
  • Previous rental history
  • $25.00 application fee (Non-Refundable)
  • Proof of income
  • Photo Identification

All rental agreements are for one year.  The first month’s rent and security deposit must be paid at the time of lease signing.  If the tenant is responsible for utilities; all must be transferred into tenants name before lease signing.
